A. Personally Identifiable Information
We will collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, postal address, telephone and mobile numbers, and email address, when you provide it to us while on this Site, such as when you enter a sweepstakes, sign up for newsletters, participate in a survey, contact customer service, purchase products or otherwise interact with this website. Your personally identifiable information may be used by us for all legal purposes, which may include, but are not limited to, responding to your requests, processing your transactions, for administrative purposes such as conducting contests, tracking which parts of the Site are of interest to you, processing prizes. If you choose to opt-in, we may share your personally identifiable information with our affiliated entities (“Affiliated Entities”) for purposes of sending you information about the programs of NEUROBRANDS® or our Affiliated Entities and, occasionally, sending you advertising/promotional material from some of their advertising and strategic partners. Note Regarding Use of this Site by Children
This Site is not directed to children and we request that children do not provide personally identifiable information through the Site.
B. Demographic Information
We may also collect demographic data, such as your date of birth, gender and zip code. Demographic data may be used to tailor your experience at this Site, such as showing you content including special events and advertising that you might be interested in, and displaying the content according to your zip code.
On occasion, aggregate information that does not identify any particular user may be compiled and shared with subsidiaries and affiliates of NEUROBRANDS®, strategic partners, merchants and advertisers.
C. Passive Collection of Non-Personal Information
This Site often requires the use of encrypted or non-encrypted cookies. Cookies are data that a web server transfers to an individual’s computer for recordkeeping purposes. The Site may use so-called “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs” or similar means (collectively, “Pixel Tags”) to compile aggregate statistics about Site usage and response rates. A. Affiliated Entities

B. Strategic Partners
From time to time we may enter into a special relationship with another company that is not owned by or affiliated with NEUROBRANDS®, LLC to provide additional features on this Site. C. Service Providers
We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and this site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending emails, order fulfillment and sweepstakes administration. For instance, if you participate in a sweepstakes, game, or loyalty program resulting in a prize or award, we will share personally identifiable information about you to our games and merchandise fulfillment and management agencies.

We may operate sweepstakes, contests, raffles and similar promotions through the Site that may require online registration. We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. However, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with a program, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may prohibit you from further participation in the applicable program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
H. Law Enforcement
We reserve the right to disclose information about you to others as we believe to be appropriate (a) under applicable law including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process (c) to respond to requests from public authorities including public authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates and subsidiaries; (f) to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of NEUROBRANDS®, its affiliates and subsidiaries, or others; and (g) to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain. In the event that any information acquired under the Safe Harbor is also transferred to the new entity, that information will either be protected in accordance with the Safe Harbor Principles or will be deleted.
III. LINKS AND THIRD PARTIES’ PRIVACY PRACTICES

NEUROBRANDS®, LLC employs security measures consistent with standard industry practice to help protect against public access to personally identifiable and account activity information collected on and used by NEUROBRANDS®, LLC at this Site. This Site may provide you with the opportunity to opt-in to receive marketing communications from NEUROBRANDS®, LLC. If you do not opt-in, NEUROBRANDS®, LLC will not send you its promotional offers. Using the Ads Settings, you can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. Please note that changes may not be effective immediately. In each event, you must clearly indicate the information that you wish to have changed, or clearly indicate that you wish to have your personally identifiable information removed from our database. Note that despite any request for removal of or change to personally identifiable information, we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, and there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed or changed.
